Part one comes from Kool and the Gang. A lot of people are not aware that Kool and the Gand was originally a Jazz group. Well, as you know, they have been sampled a lot, but here is one that might be a little hard to guess. The song is called Sea of Tranquility, have you heard it before? Part two is Patrice Rushen's Havent you Heard. This sample was used in a genre that is not normally know for sampling but has sampled quite a bit in recent years. I cant stress enough, if you are not into Patrice, you are missing out. She is so talented, great music all around (and sampled big time).
